Wholes Quiet in India Despite Support from the Export Market

Diwali related wholesale purchases are almost over. North Indian buyers are not showing any interest on Premium W320 offers of above 5900/11.340 kilo/Mangalore-Goa.

But there is some rise in the overseas demand. Slight Rupee depreciation is also supporting the market stability.

Supply from Brazil may not show any significant increase till the year-end.

Indian exporters are waiting for the Tanzanian harvest.

This year, corporate retailers are enjoying the Indian festive sales. Most probably, their Diwali sales volume is beyond the market expectations and the traditional family-run stores are the losers.
