New-crop cutting outturn is said to be 29% in Goa, just above 28% in the Ratnagiri region of Maharashtra, 28% in North Kerala and below 28% in the coastal belt of Karnataka. Nuts are also smaller as they fall before ripening. So, small size nuts are now available in Kerala and Karnataka around
₹110/kilo/7%removable moisture/180 counts.

If a buyer needs immediate supply of 100 tins of W240 from the small-scale industry, he has to contact many sellers to collect his requirements.
