When the raw material importing country publishes articles on its official website in support of maintaining W320/lb around $3.30 to $3.50, the raw material exporting country should take necessary measures to save its farmers and traders from the disaster.

Compelling a minimum export price with conditions may help in the short run but the long term vision should be the domestic processing.
