Unnecessary Panic Sales

This entry was posted on Sunday, August 8th, 2010 and is filed under Cashew.

There are enough August and September forward contracts made at $3.30/pound and at Rs4500+CST/tin of 11.34kg. But some small processors are selling at lower prices. The low price sale is mainly due to heavy rains in India. Those who have made forward sales are the main buyers in the market. The market may bounce back after the stock exhaustion of panic sellers.
