Global raw cashew and cashew kernel traders are now worried about the quality of Ivorian stock piled raw cashew nuts. According to some trade analysts, nearly 10% of their Cocoa beans are spoiled due to delay in shipments. But cashew kernel is covered by a thick outer shell and then a thin red husk. Even then heavy moisture content or moisturous atmosphere deteriorates the quality and then spoils the kernel. So, Ivorian stockists should take all necessary steps and precautions  for the moisture free storage . Only through complete moisture free storage, raw cashew can be protected for one full year.
