Side Markets Quiet

Although there is no fresh news from the American buyers, buyers from the side markets are reluctant to quote their prices. They buy in small quantities, but always give five to ten cents(per pound) above the U.S rates. But now they have some piled up stocks. They will once again enter the market, if the Indian or American demand picks up.
