Preserve Raw Cashew for Next 3-4 Months

In India, big processors have their own worldwide distribution channels. They sell much above market prices and they command the international raw cashew market. Medium processors sell their kernels to smaller nations and also in domestic markets when there is no export demand. But small scale processors depend only on domestic demand. If Delhi and Mumbai buyers further bring down kernel prices they have no other alternative except production cuts or holidays to workers. In the current raw cashew situation, preserving the scarce raw material stock for next 3-4 months might be a good decision.
