Premium Grading is Becoming Scarce

Though world wide cashew kernel production is now in full swing, some analysts feel that the white wholes shortage will continue for much longer. This is mainly due to low out-turn and more yellowish as well as reddish kernel yield this year. Indian processors are selling these inferior kernel in their domestic market. So Indian domestic shops have no supply problem but premium grading and white kernel is becoming scarce in the export market, especially in the new and emerging market arena.
