Kernel Buyers are Suffering Unexpected and Unnecessary Losses

Current Indian F.O.B market is nothing but a discount in Dollar terms. This reduction is proportionate or equal to the Forex realization gain in Rupee terms. But the problem is even bigger than this. The biggest problem, say market analysts, is heavy losses suffered by wholesale buyers in the forward trade. Though this period of the year is always profitable for international buyers, they are now suffering unexpected and unnecessary losses. So, they are trying to bring down their average purchase price by making some purchases, much below the current market price.

Situation is same in Delhi, Mumbai and other Indian markets.
