Kerala Cashew Farmer Needs Budgetary Support

Government of Kerala is the real leader of the global cashew sector. Their cashew policy is always a direction to the private sector cashew trade. But their policy of fixing minimum billing rate for the inter-state movement of raw cashew nut is a failure. Growers are asking for a workable minimum purchase price. The government should fix this price and should help KSCDC (The Kerala State Cashew Development Corporation Ltd) through enough budgetary support.
