Caution is Necessary After the Safety Stock Level : Too much is always too bad

Most probably, Indian cashew processors have  successfully reached their annual safety stock levels in raw cashew (including current warehouse stocks, shipments from Africa and forward supply contracts). But they are still rising their inventory levels and annual targets as kernel market conditions are highly lucrative and traders sentiments are completely bullish.

‘ Too much is always too bad.’ A recap of  this year’s February, March and April is better to the industry and trade.

Indian harvest is also continuing steadily and only the beginning of monsoon can bring an end to it.
