Cashew Kernel Regains Lost Ground in India

Festive consumption and supply shortage are the reasons behind the volatile trend in the Indian cashew kernel.

If the international demand competes with the Indian demand or at-least gives a good support, stability will return to the Indian domestic market. However, global buyers are totally confused over the 18-20% price gap between the Indian wholesale and the f.o.b market.

If the Indian cashew kernel stabilizes on its own, then world markets will have no other alternative but to follow – ‘ market equilibrium’ .
