Cashew Kernel is Not Overvalued

Kernel suppliers are expecting solid growth in global demand from next month onwards. According to trade experts, when demand exceeds supply cashew nut can not be produced as quickly as the increase in demand. Both buyers and sellers should understand, by now, that the cashew is not overstocked, nor overproduced but undervalued because of global raw material shortage and increase in cost of production. Some bulk buyers are now trying for loads of offers by slightly increasing kernel prices but most sellers feel prices will rise considerably after the main raw cashew procurement season.
